We stumbled upon Leap at the Raleigh home show in spring, 2021. We were in the market for new windows, replacing 22 windows in our home. The whole process was excellent. Had to wait several months for production, but that was expected. Leap called every month with an update, until finally we were ready to install. Ended up taking 4 days, which was fine with us. The installers made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and we could not be happier. We have noticed a significant difference in one room that has 8 windows…there’s no longer a large temperature difference! We highly recommend Leap windows!

Our rep did a great job at explaining everything to us. The installation crew did an extraordinary job installing our 31 new windows. The job looks very professional, and actually looks better than I imagined. We had a problem with the mechanics of one of the windows. But the local owner came to the house and solved the problem. We would definitely recommend them to anyone we know.
