Specific. Clear. Transparent

I contacted Leap after examining several other window companies. I had originally planned to go for the cheapest overall window (Window World), but my better half wanted something aesthetically pleasant AND affordable. After getting our measurements, we were really pleased to hear the price for our much less for 11 windows (our entire house). They were specific (no back of the napkin numbers), clear (what cost what) and most importantly, transparent (they explained their business model, and how they made an honest buck). I appreciated their flexibiilty, as we broke our installation into two phases over a few months, and the second install included an evaluation / touch ups of the first at no charge. I recommend them highly.
