Specific. Clear. Transparent
I contacted Leap after examining several other window companies. I had originally planned to go for the cheapest overall window (Window World), but my better half wanted something aesthetically pleasant AND affordable. After getting our measurements, we were really pleased to hear the price for our much less for 11 windows (our entire house). They were specific (no back of the napkin numbers), clear (what cost what) and most importantly, transparent (they explained their business model, and how they made an honest buck). I appreciated their flexibiilty, as we broke our installation into two phases over a few months, and the second install included an evaluation / touch ups of the first at no charge. I recommend them highly.

Exactly what I dreamed it would be
I love the large sliding door and window that Leap Window installed. It was exactly what I dreamed it would be. The install crew was awesome. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Great job by all.

Dan and his crew were great. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and let me bug them with my endless questions (they have a great sense of humor). I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Don’t forget to tip these guys, they work hard to do it right.

Quality products & fair pricing
Replaced windows and door in sun-room , we reviewed plans from three contractors and selected Leap. They provided quality products & fair pricing we were kept informed through each phase from selection to after job follow up .Skilled craftsmen removed the old windows installed new windows cleaned up in two days and left our home without a trace they were ever hear.

Great job replacing my windows
Great job replacing my windows in a house 68 years old with six inch cinder block walls. Not an easy tear out and install, but was first class when finished. Leap spent extra time and expense to trim them out so they look like they grew there. Very pleased!
